Apex was founded by a care-experienced person who has been a foster carer, and who have experienced the care system first-hand. That lived experience means our support isn’t just theoretical, it’s rooted in empathy and understanding of how the system works. 

We understand what it’s like to welcome a child who’s been through trauma. We know the emotional toll, and the joy, that fostering brings. And we’re here, side by side, with every carer and child on the journey.
