Paulette joined Apex in October 2024, she’s an experienced social worker with 30 years of dedicated service and truly loves what she does. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working closely with foster carers and looked-after children, supporting them in navigating the complexities of their journeys. Paulette’s experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by both foster carers and children in care; which means she is passionate about advocating for the needs of children, young people and their carers. While believing in the power of respectful honest and open communication, her goal is to empower foster carers and children, helping them build strong relationships and achieve positive outcomes.

Paulette is passionate about gardening and manages to produce organic crops to be proud of. Paulette loves Nature Walks and making memories on family holidays and exploring new places, especially around the Caribbean Islands. from scenic outdoor adventures to discovering hidden cultural gems, always finding ways to mix relaxation with a bit of adventure.
